Below is working list of all BOOM! Game Server Admins. If you need the assistance of a server Admin, contact them by adding them to your friends via this list and sending them a request via the messenger of your choice. Admins understand they need to respond to server issues brought to them while they are online. That's why they are Admins and they do a great job when asked. All of our Admins are listed in a special Steam Group found at the below link:

Like most people, our Admins are very busy people and have personal lives. They may not always be around when you need one. If you don't get a response from one, keep trying others until you find one to help you. You should strongly consider contacting one in our Ventrilo Server first. There is usually an Admin online or idling there. Our Ventrilo server info is:

Hostname: vent40.light-speed.com
Port: 5045

Just connect as a Guest and "page" or PM an Admin there if one is online. Their rank is listed next to their name so you know who you're looking for. If they don't respond to the page or PM, they may be away from their keyboard (AFK). Leave a PM chat message for them and that will respond when they get back. Don't be afraid to chat more than one Admin so you get the help you need, especially if you're reporting an active cheater in one of our servers.

As a side note....I am always logged into my Steam and xfire if you need me message me xfire is gooru11 and he added my steam!!

If I am Online on Steam I will be open to messages. I try my best to troll vent but when I am online during the day, I am most likely at school (on my laptop) and obviously will not be in ventrilo at the time. If you need me on steam and I am online I will try my best to help you. As well I will respond to almost ALL messages left. The only times I won't is if I am on my laptop and...

a) Unknowingly the battery dies
b) If I used my laptop and switched to my desktop
c) If my computer crashes.

If you require assistance that is not immediate you can e-mail me at any of the following email adresses:
Email 1: ben_fallis@boomservers.com
Email 2: ben@catalystfire.com
Email 3: admin@catalystfire.com

If spam is sent to either of these emails, the IP adress of the sender is recorded and will be matched to those on the website, thus spam will equal a ban from servers and website issued by me. I know all of you have the common sense not to spam a person with computer knowledge and admin status, just thought I would put it out there.

Spade, formerly known as Warlord, was banned from all BOOM! services and the website due to serious issues and mistreatment of people here, including me. As most of you know, I'm intolerant of people who treat others like crap, especially ones that badmouth BOOM! for no reason. But some time has passed and I believe he genuinely feels remorse for what has happened. He realizes the grass isn't greener and wanted back almost immediately.

I have spoken with him at length about what happened and clarified a few things to the point I'm comfortable bringing him back in. He's young and made mistakes, and hopefully he learned something along the way. Please welcome back Spade and let's put the past behind us. We're a community of good people who can forgive and now it's time to show it.
